Club Nintendo will soon be replacing My Nintendo as your home for Nintendo product registration, sweepstakes, newsletters and exclusive Rewards - So come back soon! During this time, creating new memberships and logging into My Nintendo are unavailable. You're My Nintendo account will transfer to Club Nintendo. You can log as soon as Club Nintendo comes on line! Repair and part orders: If you need to track a part order or check the status of a repair, use our part and repair lookups on the left side of every page at support.nintendo.com after you select your region. You do not need to be logged into your My Nintendo account to use the lookups. Nintendo's Tech Support Forums: The Support Forums will be in a "read only" mode until Club Nintendo is launched. All existing Forum topics, posts, and replies will remain available for those looking for technical assistance with Nintendo products. No new threads or messages can be created until Club Nintendo launches. What can I do at Club Nintendo? Earn Coins for registering Nintendo products and completing surveys Redeem Coins for limited edition Rewards Earn a set amount of Coins each year to gain Gold and Platinum status Create a Family Account and invite members of your family to join Register your newly purchased Wii console or Nintendo DS on Club Nintendo and extend your warranty My original My Nintendo username and password no longer work. Why? Only My Nintendo accounts with activity in the 2 years prior to Club Nintendo's launch in December 2008 were transferred to Club Nintendo. If your information was not transferred, please visit the Club Nintendo registration page and create a new account. How can I reach Gold or Platinum status? Gold or Platinum status is based on the number of Coins earned in a Club Nintendo year. Each Club Nintendo year begins on July 1 and ends on June 30. If you earn 300 Coins during a Club Nintendo year you will reach Gold status. Earn 600 Coins during a Club Nintendo year and reach Platinum status! Club Nintendo members that reach Gold or Platinum status by the end of the Club Nintendo year, will be sent a special reward. Special rewards will be announced shortly after June 30 and shipped later in the year. You need 300 Coins or 6 Wii games or 10 DS games or 30 Wii Shop Games or Channels to gain the Gold Club Nintendo Membership status. You need 600 Coins or 12 Wii Games or 20 DS games or 60 Wii Shop Games or Channels to gain the Platinum Club Nintendo Membership Status. Your status will reset annually on June 30. Why was my Gold or Platinum status reset? On June 30 of each Club Nintendo year, your status will be reset to allow you to begin earning Coins towards the next Club Nintendo year's Gold or Platinum status rewards. Why are my Coins listed with an expiration date? Unredeemed Coins will expire two (2) full Club Nintendo years (July 1 - June 30), plus whatever is left in the current Club Nintendo year, after they are earned. Example: Coins earned in March 2009 would not expire until June 30, 2011. How can I earn Coins? You can earn Coins by: Registering a Wii or Nintendo DS game and completing a quick survey. Wii games = 50 Coins Nintendo DS games = 30 Coins Wii Shop Channel games and Wii Channels = 10 Coins Indicating your intent to buy a game. You'll earn 10 extra Coins after you buy it, register it and complete the survey. Registering a Nintendo game and completing a quick survey within 4 weeks of its launch. You'll earn an additional 10 Coins! Completing a Post Play survey that will be available within 4-6 after the release of a game. You'll earn an additional 10 Coins! The more games you register and surveys you complete, the more Coins you earn! Please note that not all games can be registered and not all registered games will qualify for a survey. Register your latest Nintendo product purchases and we'll ask you to complete a quick survey. In return you will receive Coins that can be redeemed for exclusive rewards. Coin Value Chart Wii Fit 80 Wii Games 50 DS Games 30 VC Game, WiiWare Game, Wii Channel 10 Intend to Buy 10 Early Registration 10 Post-Play Survey 10 Games Released December 2008 and After All Wii and Nintendo DS games published by Nintendo in December 2008 and after can be registered and will qualify for surveys. Games released prior to December 2008 Many games released prior to December 2008 can be registered; however, of those games, only select Wii, Wii Shop Channel games, Wii Channels, and Nintendo DS games will qualify for surveys.
